Our Portfolio
Our France portfolio ranges from smaller, light industrial and specialised cross-dock facilities to large distribution warehouses and logistics parks. Most of our assets are located in the Île-de-France region, France’s prime logistics location.
Outside of the Île-de-France region, our warehouses are located in key markets close to the main motorway corridors, major employment and consumer areas, and areas supporting multimodal transport.
As well as our broad portfolio of properties, we can also develop flexible real estate for our customers across France.
Our Presence
The corridor running from Lille in the north, through the Paris region and Lyon to Marseille on the south coast is the focus for the country’s logistics activity.
We have 4.1m sqm of quality assets in 148 buildings across 105 sites covering the country. Our significant logistics platform and expert management team enable us to establish strong working relationships and support third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and other customers with their real estate strategy and decisions on a national level.
