Logicor redevelops 5,800 SQM of Light Industrial Space in the heart of Paris Nord 2 Business Park

April 08, 2025 | Sophie Aldbais-Houdoux

Logicor France has launched the full redevelopment program of its Paris Nord 2 site.

This state-of-the-art facility is set to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification.

The approximately 5,800 sqm light industrial property is strategically located just 15 kilometers North of Paris, within the immediate vicinity of the Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport hub. It benefits from excellent connectivity, with direct access to the A1, A3 and A104 motorways, and is well-served by public transport, including the Parc des Expositions station (RER B and the future Grand Paris Express Line 17) accessible by foot or bus.

Laurent Dubos, Country Manager France, said: "This investment exemplifies our commitment to enhancing our portfolio to meet our customers’ evolving needs. It is a component of our broader transformation program aimed at elevating sustainability across our strategically located assets.”

The new facility will target the highest environmental standards, featuring LED lighting, a Building Management System (BMS) and smart meters to optimize energy consumption. Additionally, it will be equipped with a c.500kWp photovoltaic solar panel system on the roof.

The development will include 86 parking spaces, accommodating individuals with reduced mobility, dual charging stations for electric vehicles, and a dedicated bicycle storage room. The expansive 13,110 sqm site will be landscaped to incorporate nearly 2,200 sqm of green spaces.

Scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2026, the site will be capable of accommodating one or two customers.
