Wassa moves to Logicor Prisovice
Logicor, a leading owner, developer, and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has signed a new lease agreement with Wassa, securing the second customer at its Logicor Prisovice logistics park. Wassa leased the entire Building A, which includes 9,800 sqm of warehouse space, 370 sqm of office space, 1,500sqm under the canopy, as well as parking for trucks and cars. Following this transaction, only 5,000 sqm of space remains available to let in the park.
