Paris, November 23, 2023. In line with its ongoing expansion strategy in France, Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, is launching a 31,000 sqm project in Mâcon (71). This strategic location, at the heart of the French logistics corridor, has al-ready been fully prelet to a major player in the transportation and logis-tics sector.
Logicor has initiated construction of a modern Class A warehouse, strategically positioned at 26 Route de Saint-Martin in Mâcon, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Notably, this location offers unparalleled access, with the convergence of three major highways, namely the A6, A40, and A406. The complex will benefit from essential services such as heavy truck parking facilities, restaurants, hotels, and a service station—a hallmark of its location within a well-established economic activity hub.
This 31,000sqm project designed by Atelier 4+Lyon, developed on prime land along the A6, will feature solar photovoltaic system covering 100% of its roof area, and target BREEAM Excellent certification. Logicor has entrusted ING2K with the construction of the future platform, and its completion is expected in the final quarter of 2024.
