Lisbon, 22nd March 2024 – Construction has completed at Logicor’s development at Ermida Logistics Park, Greater Porto, further strengthening the presence of the European owner, manager and developer in the market.
Spanning over 30,000 sqm GLA, the facility comprises c.29,000 sqm of warehouse space and c.1,600 sqm of office space, organized into four units of approximately 7,500 sqm each.
With a strong commitment to sustainability, Ermida Park is certified as BREEAM Very Good, with measures being taken to improve energy efficiency, reduce the environmental impact of the development and reduce water consumption. The building is also equipped with a 235kW PV Plant.
