19th June 2024: Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has extended its lease agreement with PepsiCo Polska for c.58,500 thousand sqm of warehouse and office space at Logicor Mszczonów park. The site is PepsiCo’s largest distribution center in Poland.
The deal will see PepsiCo, one of the world's largest producers and sellers of non-alcoholic beverages and food products, continuing to base its operations in Mszczonów, where it has consolidated its logistics and warehousing processes from across Central Poland.

The warehouse has a non-standard height of 12 m, and its fire class is above 4,000 MJ. In addition, panels with a PIR core were used during construction, which more effectively isolated the building from external factors.
Logicor Mszczonów is a modern class A logistics park southwest of Warsaw, comprising six units spanning a total area of c.217,000 sqm. It is situated near crucial transport links, including the A2 motorway and the S8 expressway and provides excellent connection between Warsaw, Lower Silesia, Poznań, and Katowice.
