Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate has re-signed long term customer, Leroy Merlin, the French hypermarket chain, in an agreement that will see them expand their current facility at Logicor Stryków in Central Poland.

Under the agreement, Leroy Merlin will occupy c.50,000 sqm of warehouse space in Logicor Strykow, which will be used as their main distribution centre for stores across Poland and the wider region.

To Leroy Merlin, extending cooperation with Logicor means leasing the best logistic space in the prime location and high-quality services daily. This way, we can secure the company's business expansion in Poland and the whole region".
