8th May 2024: Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of European logistics real estate, and Kryalos SGR, announce the acquisition of 34,000 sqm of land in Lombardy in the Sulbiate area, in the province of Monza and Brianza, for the development of a new 14,400 sqm logistics hub.
The site, acquired through the Mazer fund, a Logicor-sponsored closed-end real estate investment fund managed by Kryalos SGR, is strategically situated just 10 km from the entrance to the A4-Milan-Venice motorway and 7 km from the A51-Tangenziale Est, approximately 33 km from Linate airport and 26 km from Orio al Serio airport.
Development work will be managed by Logicor and is scheduled to start in Q3 2024 , with 13,500 sqm warehouse space and 900 sqm offices being constructed. The warehouse can be adapted according to the need of the customer.
The logistics hub will target BREEAM Very Good, and will include an 800kWp PV plant system, which will produce 1.2 million kWh, LED lighting, rainwater collection systems and green areas designed to support local biodiversity.
