Paris, May 16 2024 : Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has delivered a third, sustainably built warehouse at its park in Moussy-Le-Neuf, north of Paris. After securing two new customers for the building, the park is now fully let.

Building C is the third building to be developed at Logicor Park Moussy-le-Neuf and its completion was yesterday inaugurated at an event attended by the Mayor of Moussy-le-Neuf, his team and the park’s customers..

Consisting of two 21,000 sqm units, Building C sits within 12.5 hectares of landscaped grounds, with 45 loading docks, office spaces and 194 parking spaces.

Global transport and logistics company, DSV France Solutions has signed for one of the units and joins Logicor as a new customer, whilst international logistics provider and existing Logicor tenant Dachser, will expand its operations from its new 21,000sqm unit at the park. Both units were been pre-leased before reaching practical completion, highlighting the strength of demand for well located, sustainable warehousing in the region.

The park is conveniently located 32 km from Paris and 11 km from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, Europe's leading airport for cargo traffic. The total area of the site is almost 100 000 m².

Connected to the A1 motorway and the Francilienne road, and at the gateway to the largest consumer market in France, Moussy-le-Neuf park is an excellent location for businesses needing access to the Île-de-France region as well as the northern regions of France and Europe.

Developed  to target BREEAM Excellent certification,  the building will be equipped with a Building Management System (BMS), LED lighting, and electric vehicle charging stations. A photovoltaic solar power system will be installed on the roof, generating a capacity of 4.9 MWc, equivalent to the annual consumption of more than 1,000 homes.

The warehouse will include an automated storage system, and was designed by the architects at Agence Franc and constructed by BEG Ingénierie.

EOL acted for Logicor.

We are thrilled to have successfully pre-leased this building ahead of completion to leaders in the transportation and logistics sectors, and to achieve full occupancy at the park. This demonstrates the appeal of well-located, modern warehousing and the increasing importance businesses place on reducing their environmental footprint.
