Logicor Secures New Customer at Garonor

  • New customer welcomed to Garonor’s Building 14
  • Agreement follows an extensive redevelopment of the 10,000 sqm warehouse

Paris, February 06, 2024. Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has secured a new customer at its flagship logistics site in France, Garonor.

Renault Retail Group is a new customer to Logicor and has leased 5,000 sqm at Building 14, and asset part of the Garonor logistics site.

Building 14 is a 10,000 sqm warehouse currently undergoing a full repositioning project which has just been completed. Including the lease with Renault Retail Group, the property is 40% pre-leased, demonstrating the ongoing high levels of demand for well located, quality industrial real estate. The remaining 4,000 sqm high-quality space is available for lease-up.

The 65-hectare site at Garonor is in the most sought-after logistics location in the Paris region, alongside two major motorways, the A1 and the A3 at the northern entrance of France’s largest consumer market, Ile-de-France.

It is uniquely positioned for urban distribution with 21 buildings and over 100 customers already on site.

We're delighted to be moving to Garonor. From this optimally-configured building, we will manage all of Renault's spare parts business in our RRG Paris North-East Ile-de-France region. The road links with two major motorways and the ability to access the site by public transport also contributed to our decision.

The successful pre-let at Building 14 comes after the recent completion and lease-up at Building N08, another asset part of the Garonor logistics site, recently redeveloped and delivered in in 2023. The building comprises of over 15,500 m² certified BREEAM Very Good, developed in place of an obsolete building.

Dedicated to courier and distribution activities, N08 has been fully leased since its delivery to logistics provider Marichal Logistics (BBL Group) and road carrier GT Solutions, which has designated it as its distribution center for Île-de-France, Marne, and Oise. Both the ongoing repositioning at Building 14 and the recent redevelopment completed at Building N08 are part of a wider project to ensure Garonor remains one of the premier logistics locations in France.
