6th July 2023: Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, has leased c.40,000 sqm to a new customer – a leading European provider of toys and children's entertainment, at Logicor Houplines Logistics Park (North), France.
The current site will undergo redevelopment to join two of the existing assets, creating one space from which the customer can run its distribution operation. In total, the customer will lease c.45,000 sqm of space.
Logicor Houplines Logistics Park is 14km northwest of Lille and has direct access to the key A2 motorway network, which reaches across Northern France and mainland Europe, enabling the customer to efficiently deliver its products to consumer stores and homes.
