Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of European logistics real estate, strengthens its presence in the key French market of Le Blanc-Mesnil (Seine-Saint-Denis), North-East of Paris, with the acquisition of two urban logistics assets.
Logicor has acquired two warehouses from Soldis, totaling nearly 7,500 m² and located in the heart of the industrial zone of Le Coudray in Le Blanc-Mesnil, within a logistics and business hub accessible by public transport. They are strategically located between the A1, A3, and A86 highways, less than 10 km from the Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Le Bourget airports. Built in 1975 and 1977, these single-user buildings, measuring c.2,500 m² and c.4,900 m², each have independent access and office spaces.
Both assets will be redeveloped to high sustainability standards. Planned improvements include structural reinforcement, facade and roof refurbishment, office renovation, and the installation of LED lighting, with the goal of obtaining BREEAM Very Good certification.
Construction is set to begin in January 2024, with delivery expected in the second half of the year.
