Rhenus Warehousing Solutions extends its lease in Willich

We continue our collaboration with Rhenus Warehousing Solutions SE & Co. The global logistics provider has been the sole customer of the logistics property in Willich since 2019, located close to the A44 highway and at an important strategic hub for the Rhine-Ruhr region. The property covers a total area of approx. 23,800 sqm. The lease has now been renewed for several years.

Before moving in, the existing building was extended to include a new building to fully meet the company's specific requirements. Among other things we equipped the building in the safe handling of different chemical substances.

We pursue a long-term strategy in real estate development and continuously work to ensure that our portfolio meets the needs of our customers. Currently, we are installing LED lighting throughout the property to increase energy efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions.
