Logicor has secured a building permit for a sustainable corporate property in Langenfeld, Germany, on a 34,600 m² site. The existing facility, formerly used by a textile logistics company supplying Peek & Cloppenburg, had become outdated and costly to maintain. The redevelopment will transform the space into a modern, sustainable building, providing new opportunities for businesses.
The new facility will cover 21,100 m² and can be divided into four units. The project is designed to meet modern sustainability standards, targeting a BREEAM “excellent” certification. Plans include a roof pre-equipped for photovoltaic energy, EV charging stations to support future mobility, and green facades to improve air and climate.
