Logicor announces the appointment of Janica Gerecke as the new Country Manager for Germany to deliver its growth strategy in the country.
Janica Gerecke will lead the team to further drive the German operations of Logicor, in line with the business’ focus on growing its footprint in key European markets. Janica has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, was a member of the executive board at Garbe Industrial Real Estate and most recently responsible for the platform’s international business activities.
The appointment marks Logicor’s strong commitment to strengthening its presence in Europe and to accelerate its development and redevelopment pipeline across Germany, with continued growth anticipated for the year ahead.
