Logicor announces the expansion of its Development Team Germany with Ini Nsien as Business Development Director

Logicor, a leading owner and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has appointed Mr. Ini Nsien as new Business Development Director, Germany, with effect from 1 January 2023.

Together with fellow Business Development Director, Olaf Huhle, Ini Nsien leads the business Development Team and is responsible for Logicor's sustainable project developments, re-developments and land acquisitions.

Expanding our portfolio with nearly climate-neutral and long-term project developments for corporate and logistics real estate will be one of many exciting tasks at Logicor Germany that I am already looking forward to.

As a diploma industrial engineer and real estate economist (IREBS), Ini Nsien already has long-standing experience and market knowledge in the field of commercial and corporate real estate. Most recently, he worked for Lang & Cie as an authorised signatory in Düsseldorf.

We are pleased that Ini Nsien has become part of our Germany team and will continue to develop and implement Logicor's sustainable growth strategy. With Olaf Huhle as Technical Development Director and Ini Nsien as commercial counterpart, we are very well positioned for the high goals we have set ourselves.

Germany's central location in Europe, extensive and sophisticated infrastructure network, substantial industrial sector, and large population contribute to the strength of the local logistics market.
